In a world oriented towards disagreement, conflict and aggression, we believe investing in voices for peace is an impactful way to create a more peaceful world.
Peace by Chocolate signed today, September 21st 2022, a Memorandum of Understanding to facilitate 5 Positive Peace workshops in prioritized countries by 2024. The MOU was signed In partnership with the Institute for Economics and Peace, the team behind the Global Peace Index.
Our customers expect that buying chocolates from our family is not only a delicious thing to do, but a conscious way of making the world a little more peaceful. Since our founding we have often said One Peace Won’t Hurt and this announcement takes that to heart.
Over two years we’ll hold five Positive Peace workshops in countries around the world who could most put to use new voices of peace.
These efforts are made possible by the Peace on Earth society and the Institute for Economics and Peace.
